How Managed ATM Placement Works in Arkansas

Natural State ATM Services reviews Arkansas business locations for managed ATM placement. Approval is not automatic. For an approved site, the written agreement defines equipment, installation, monitoring, maintenance, vault-cash responsibilities, host responsibilities, and any eligible transaction-based compensation. Businesses preparing a request can review the Arkansas managed ATM placement qualification guide for the site factors considered before approval.

STEP # 1

Request a Site Review

Submit the placement form or call our local office. Our team reviews the business type, customer access, visibility, power, operating hours, security conditions, and surrounding cash access to determine whether the location may qualify.

Placement is subject to site review and written approval.

STEP # 2

Confirm Equipment and Installation Terms

If the location is approved, the written agreement identifies the equipment, delivery, installation, setup, placement location, and service responsibilities. Timing and costs, if any, depend on the approved site and signed terms.

Equipment selection depends on site requirements, availability, and the signed agreement.

STEP # 3

Document Eligible Host Compensation

When included in the signed agreement, host compensation is based on eligible completed transactions and supporting reporting. Amounts, timing, and eligibility vary by location and are not guaranteed.

Compensation terms are reviewed before installation.

STEP # 4

Coordinate Vault-Cash Responsibilities

For managed placements, the agreement identifies who supplies cash, monitors levels, and coordinates reloads. Natural State ATM Services may also provide separate vault-cash loading for qualified ATM operators under written service terms.

Vault-cash responsibilities and monitoring arrangements are documented in writing.

STEP # 5

Provide Monitoring and Service

Monitoring, maintenance, repair, upgrade, and on-site access responsibilities are defined in the agreement. Support availability and response timing depend on the issue, location, and service terms.

Service coordination is provided for approved locations according to the signed agreement.
