Natural State ATM Services provides ATM processing for Arkansas businesses and qualified operators. Processing connects a compatible ATM to the transaction network and supports authorization, settlement, reporting, and machine-status visibility according to the processor and written agreement. Terms, fees, surcharge settings, settlement instructions, and responsibilities are reviewed before activation.
ATM Processing for Arkansas Operators and Businesses
ATM processing is separate from managed placement, vault-cash funding, and hardware maintenance. A processor handles the electronic path of an approved transaction. The ATM owner or operator remains responsible for the machine, cash, location, security, and maintenance unless a signed agreement assigns a specific responsibility to Natural State ATM Services.
We serve qualified customers throughout all 75 Arkansas counties. Requests are reviewed individually because hardware, ownership, location, funding, and compliance needs differ.
What ATM Processing Can Include
- Processor onboarding: Collection and review of required business, ownership, bank, location, and ATM information.
- Compatible terminal setup: Coordination of supported terminal information and processing parameters.
- Settlement instructions: Documentation of the account and terms used for eligible transaction settlement.
- Surcharge configuration: Review of available settings and applicable disclosures under the processing agreement.
- Transaction reporting: Access to supported reporting tools for processed activity.
- Monitoring coordination: Review of available status or connectivity information for supported machines.
Exact features depend on the selected processor, ATM model, software, network availability, and service agreement. Processing speed, uptime, transaction volume, settlement timing, and earnings are not guaranteed.
Information Needed Before Processing Activation
Applicants should be prepared to provide accurate business and ownership information, a valid settlement account, ATM serial and model information, the proposed location, and any documents required by the processor. Additional review may be required for certain businesses, locations, ownership structures, or machines.
An ATM must be compatible with the selected processing platform. Natural State ATM Services does not promise that every used machine, software version, wireless device, or existing configuration can be activated.
Processing for ATM Machines You Own
If you already own an ATM, we can review whether it may qualify for processing. Processing approval does not include standalone repair or maintenance. Natural State ATM Services does not service machines it did not place. The owner remains responsible for resolving equipment defects, obtaining necessary access credentials, maintaining supported software and connectivity, and complying with the processing terms.

Processing for Managed ATM Placements
For an approved managed ATM placement, processing is coordinated as part of the placement arrangement. Equipment, vault cash, monitoring, service responsibilities, and any host compensation are governed by the signed agreement. Host compensation, when offered, depends on eligible completed transactions and is not guaranteed.
Vault Cash for Qualified Operators
Processing does not automatically include cash for the ATM. Qualified operators may request separate vault-cash loading services. Approval, funding limits, loading schedules, access, reconciliation, security procedures, and fees are defined in separate written terms.
Compliance and Operating Responsibilities
ATM owners and operators must follow the obligations assigned to them by the processor, network, bank, manufacturer, location agreement, and applicable law.
