1. Services Provided
Natural State ATM Services offers:
Free ATM placement and installation
Vault cash services and ATM monitoring
Revenue sharing programs for businesses
Ongoing technical support and maintenance
All services are subject to availability and the terms of individual agreements with business owners.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available only to business owners or authorized representatives who are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into contracts in the state of Arkansas.
3. Responsibilities of Location Owners
By agreeing to host an ATM, you acknowledge and agree to:
Provide a suitable and secure location for ATM installation
Ensure consistent access to electricity and internet (if required)
Allow Natural State ATM Services access for installation, maintenance, and cash replenishment
Comply with any applicable local, state, or federal regulations regarding ATM placement
4. Revenue Sharing
If your business participates in our revenue-sharing program:
Commission rates will be outlined in a written agreement
Payments will be distributed on a monthly basis via the agreed-upon method
Earnings will vary based on transaction volume and surcharge activity
5. Limitation of Liability
Natural State ATM Services is not responsible for:
Business losses resulting from ATM downtime due to power outages, internet issues, or third-party failures
Unauthorized use of cards by customers at the ATM
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to ATM usage
Our maximum liability is limited to the services explicitly stated in your agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Natural State ATM Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
7. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your personal information.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services or website at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse our services.
9. Changes to Terms
Natural State ATM Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective once posted on our website.
